REAL District is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Regina and the Regina International Airport, which makes it the perfect location for events. The property is also located on a City of Regina bus route. Learn more about transit service.
General Parking
The REAL District offers complimentary parking on site. Parking restrictions will be in effect for major events like Canada's Farm Progress Show, Queen City Ex, FROST @REAL and Canadian Western Agribition. Check this page for event-specific updates and follow us on social media for the latest information.
When multiple events take place on the same day, parking can be in high demand. On event days, we encourage guests to arrive early, carpool, get dropped off or use public transit. Please obey parking signs, follow instructions from parking attendants and park only in designated areas. Vehicles parked in restricted areas will be issued a City of Regina ticket.Thank you for your cooperation.
There are multiple exits available at the REAL District for guests to use when leaving the property.
- Lewvan Drive on west side of property
- 10th Avenue on east side of property
- Princess Street on north side of property
- Pasqua Street on north side of property
Premium Parking
Guests can guarantee their parking spot and receive priority exiting after an event at the Brandt Centre with a premium parking pass.

- Parking voucher is for Lot E (highlighted above) and provides parking access only. A valid event ticket must be purchased to gain admission to the venue. Parking vouchers are valid for the date indicated and are not transferable to another date. Parking voucher must be visible on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times.
- Premium parking will be accessible from the Lewvan entrance only.
Accessible Parking
Several parking spaces are reserved close to our facilities for guests who have mobility challenges. Please ensure your accessible parking permit is clearly displayed in the vehicle.
Saskatchewan Roughrider Game Day Parking
Public parking at the REAL District during Saskatchewan Roughrider games is not available. Parking at the REAL District on game days is reserved only for those who have purchased a seasonal parking pass from the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club. Parking for seasonal parking pass holders is located in the lot southwest of the Brandt Centre (see map). Guests must have their seasonal parking pass clearly visible when they enter the property. Access is via the Lewvan Drive gate only.
Accessible parking at the REAL District, located along the west side of Confederation Park (see map below) is reserved for those who have purchased a seasonal accessible parking pass from the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club. Guests must have their accessible parking tag, along with their Saskatchewan Roughrider seasonal accessible parking pass clearly visible when they enter the property. Access is via the Lewvan Drive gate only.
Free accessible parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on 10th Ave. and the parking area south of the Sportplex (Fieldhouse/Lawson Aquatic Centre). City of Regina Paratransit service will be available on game days, and fans with mobility challenges can also be dropped off close to the stadium’s northwest entrance if they have a valid accessible parking tag displayed in the vehicle.
NEW Bike Valet Program
For every Saskatchewan Roughrider game and major event held at Mosaic Stadium, guests can now drive their non-motorized bikes to the stadium and park them at the south end of Confederation Park. For the duration of the game/event, attendants will monitor the bikes free of charge!
