Covid-19 Protocols

 

Mask Mandate

Effective Friday, September 17, 2021 an interim province-wide mandatory masking order will be implemented for all indoor public spaces, including schools.

This requirement applies to all indoor facilities on the REAL Campus including the Queensbury Convention Centre, AffinityPlex, International Trade Centre, Brandt Centre, Cooperators Centre and the Canada Centre Complex. Masks will also be required when visiting any of the indoor portions of Mosaic Stadium including any indoor lobby, lounge, suite, operational areas, elevators or washroom facilities. Children under 2 years of age, persons with medical conditions, or those who cannot place or remove masks without assistance are exempt.

Please note:

  • Masks are not required for youth under the age of 18 while actively participating in physical exercise or playing sports.
  • Masks are required for patrons over the age of 18 who are participating in physical activity - individual and group. 

As a result of the Interim Public Health Order issued by the Government of Saskatchewan, the Regina Exhibition Association Limited is following the provincial guideline to implement mandatory proof of vaccinations to access all indoor ticketed events on our campus.

Effective October 1st a provincial requirement for proof of vaccination or negative test will be implemented for public access to event and entertainment venues, including conference centres, concert venues, live-music venues, and indoor facilities hosting ticketed sporting events. This will include all indoor facilities offering indoor ticketed events on the REAL campus, including all Regina Pats games. A full list of events where proof of vaccination will be required will be listed on our website by October 1st.

Proof of vaccination will not be required for facilities hosting non-ticketed amateur sporting events including sport and/or recreational activities; private gatherings held at public indoor venues, such as weddings and funerals; business meetings and places of business closed to the general public.

Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the proof of vaccination or negative test requirement. Children 12 to 17 do not need to show photo ID but must show proof of vaccination.

Valid proof of vaccination includes:

  • Saskatchewan issued QR code on your mobile phone;
  • Screen shot or print off of your MySaskHealthRecord;
  • Wallet card received at time of immunization.
  • If you're visiting from outside of Saskatchewan, you'll be asked to show a provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record as well as government identification.
  • Photo ID along with your approved vaccine records.
