WILL TICKET PRICES BE HIGHER?
No, Gate and Midway tickets will be the same as 2019. Concerts are included in all gate admissions. There will be VIP packages available, and all details will be released on June 21.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS? WILL THERE BE ‘EARLY BIRD’ PACKAGES?
Tickets are available for purchase online at www.queencityex.com or through Sherwood Co-op locations. Early bird pricing is in effect on Daytripper passes until July 31, 2021.
WHAT IS THE QCX'S TICKET POLICY?
All tickets sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
ARE THE CONCERTS A SEPARATE TICKET/COST?
No, your gate admission, on its own, or as part of Day Tripper, gets you into ALL THE CONCERTS.
WHAT IS ADMISSION TO THE RODEO?
The rodeo is included in your gate admission , on its own, or as part of Day Tripper.
WILL PASSES FROM LAST YEARS MINI-DONUT EVENT BE HONOURED?
Yes they will be.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
There will be limited parking on site. Consider taking transit when ever possible.
WILL YOU ACCEPT CASH ON SITE?
Yes, some vendors will accept cash and some won’t. There will be a limited number of cash reverse ATMs on site.
WILL YOU BE HIRING?
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES CAN I EXPECT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED DURING THE 2021 QCX?
As we welcome you back to our campus, the following measures will be in place to create a safe experience while on Evraz Place. We will be monitoring the guidelines set out by SHA and will be adjusting as we move through the re-opening phases.
Guest ambassadors will be on-site to monitor and guide the flow of guests; ambassadors will be able to assist with any questions.
- Hand sanitizing stations located throughout the venue, including at building and event room entrances.
- High-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected regularly, including door handles, elevator and accessibility buttons, handrails, escalators, ATMs, counters and room controls.
- Established washroom capacities will be in place and trained personnel will monitor regularly and perform enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices.
- Contactless payments at retail outlets including concessions.
Signage placed throughout the venue to remind guests of how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as per Saskatchewan Health Services recommendations:
- Stay home and isolate if you’re feeling sick or exhibiting symptoms.
- Wearing a mask in indoor public spaces to limit the risk of spreading to others.
- Practice good hand hygiene with regular hand washing and using hand sanitizer.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK OR HAVE MY VACCINATION?
All public health restrictions, including the mask mandate and gathering limits have been lifted in Saskatchewan as of July 11.
WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR THE 2022 QCX?
We will be returning to our early August dates for 2022. QCX 22 will be August 2-7, 2022.
DOES QCX OPERATE IN THE RAIN?
QCX operate rain or shine.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT QCX?
Service dogs are permitted. Other pets are not allowed, please leave your pets at home.
IS SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED AT QCX?
QCX offers designated outdoor areas for smoking/vaping. For the health, safety and comfort of all our guests smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere else on the grounds. Cannabis is not permitted at QCX, and you may be ejected if caught consuming cannabis.
WHERE IS LOST AND FOUND?
Located in the security office on the west side of the Brandt Centre. Guests can visit lost & found during the event. After the event, guests should contact the REAL security office at 306.781.9252 to confirm if the item has been found and arrange for pick up.
WHAT IS LOST KIDS, AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED?
Parents and Guardians can pick up a self-adhering label from any of our Information Kiosks located at the Elphinstone and Lewvan entrances, and from the Lost Kids Center in the Brandt Centre east lobby. The Childs parent or guardian’s cell phone number will be displayed on the label which will be worn by children visiting the QCX. Labels should be worn in a visible location, either on the child’s chest, back or for older kids they may prefer to wear theirs on the inside of their hat.
Should a child be separated from their parent or guardian the Lost Kids team will call the phone number provided. Our staff members will not leave a child unattended until they are reunited with their family. This is a complimentary program. Lost Kids is located in the east lobby of the Brandt Centre.
CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR AND UMBRELLA?
Yes, you can bring your own lawn chair. Umbrellas are not permitted.

On-Site Parking: Limited parking on site through the Lewvan entrance for $10 plus the cost of admission
Please note: There will be no onsite parking on August 21.
Off-Site Parking: Sportsplex field house - $10
Bike Lock: Cooperators Centre or east side of Mosaic Stadium
Transit: Show your QCX ticket at any City of Regina bus route and ride the bus for free to QCX! Drop off at 10th & Elphinstone
If you already have your ticket, proceed through the gate to the security & scanning tent.

Guests will be required to have a stamp at any of the gates before leaving QCX if they plan on returning the same day.

CASHLESS & ATM'S
We are encouraging cashless transactions; however, cash will still be accepted throughout QCX.
Please note: the REAL outlets have gone cashless (Tim Horton’s, Subway, Bars, REAL Flavours)
ATM’s will be available throughout the grounds.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF QCX?
The fair runs every day from noon to midnight.
Kiddieland closes at 10:30.
