First Aid, Lost Kids, Safety and Security
First Aid and Medical Emergencies
Whether it’s bug bites, sprains, scrapes, cuts or medical emergencies, our first aid services are available in the EventPlex parking lot and inside the Agribition Building.
Keeping Kids Safe
When you come in the gates, place a complimentary sticker with your contact information on your child. Stickers are also available with “Ask Me” volunteers and at the Lost Kids Centre in the Brandt Centre lobby. Our team is trained and ready to help you or your child in the event you are separated. We’ll bring lost children to the Lost Kids Centre in the Brandt Centre lobby. One of our team members will stay with the child until a parent or guardian arrives.
Alcohol and Illegal Substances
We don’t allow any illegal substances or outside alcohol into Queen City Ex, and all bags brought in are subject to search by our security team. Refusal to cooperate with a search request may result in denied entry to the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove without refund any persons from Queen City Ex who appear to be intoxicated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we protect the safety of all guests.
To ensure food served at Queen City Ex is safe, every food vendor is licensed and inspected by the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region. No outside food is permitted on the grounds for safety and liability reasons. Please use discretion to manage your personal dietary needs.
Safety and Security Staff
Our security team and the Regina Police Service patrol the grounds throughout the event to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
If you need help or see an issue, notify one of the police officers or security team members, or text Evraz Place Security at 306-537-0698.
