U of R Womens Hockey Mentorship Program
Looking to inject some new life into your next practice? We offer on-ice and off-ice training sessions run by current U of R players & coaches! It's completely free of charge, though we will accept donations that will go right back to our program. We will be positive role models and work with our players - forwards, defense & goalie to improve their skill sets. Coaching mentorship also available upon request.

Western Prospects - July 21st - July 25th, 2013
This years camp will feature the 1999 born players from across Western Canada and the United States. Bantam Pre-Season Showcase & Evaluation Camp is a very competitive event looking to attract dedicated individuals, who will be eligible for the Western Hockey League bantam draft. This summer marks the 13th year of this event and is the longest running of its kind in North America! This camp is coordinated by former Nashville Predator scout, Mike Rooney and has seen hundreds of former participants move onto elite bantam, midget, Junor A, WHL and NHL.This is one event all players do not want to miss.

North Regina Hockey Camp - August 26th - September 22ndFor male and female players ages 4 to 17. A great season is the result of hard-work, preperation & conditioning. The camp is to provide and oppurunity for boys and girls to develop and improve their hockey skills by providing specialized instruction by qualified and experienced coaches.

SHA Skills of Gold - August 27th - August 31stThe SHA Skills Development Camps are developed after the Hockey Canada Skills Development Camps. Providing players with an opportunity to enhance their fundamental skills in a positive, learning environment. The camp focuses on on-ice skills and an off-ice multi sport component.
The primary objective of the program is to provide a vehicle for players and coaches to enhance development of fundamental skills required to play the game of hockey. The SHA Skills Development Camps can be a 1-5 day event open to boys and girls playing in the Initiation to Midget divisions (5-17 years of age). This may vary in the occasional camp. Please check specific camp details for further information.

HSD Hockey School -Aug 26th-31st, 2013PURPOSE:
To provide fun environment to develop skills required for hockey. Skills taught include: skating, passing, shooting, team play, defence/offence play. Conditioning part of daily on and off ice program. Introduction to body contact using safe progressive methods.

Lacrosse Lessons
COST:$475.00 per session
$300.00 goalies (limited spots)
$50.00 discount for siblings includes daily lunch and Jersey
